If I am giving you this it's because I have MSG poisoning. I likely can't speak coherently right now. Please take me to a hospital.
This is being caused by something I ate between 12 and 36 hours before now. This serious stage is going to last from 24 hours to 3 days. Please Google “msg toxic”.
This is what MSG does to me. The reaction is different every time:
Sometimes:
- anxiety/panic attacks
- convulsions or extreme tremors
Consistently almost every time:
- extreme, unbearable depression
- paranoia
- memory loss
- confusion
- incoherent speech
- irrational thought patterns
- completely hell bent on suicide
I never become violent or have any intention of hurting others.
Please help.
